Designated as Mental Health Awareness Month, May prompts us to pause, reflect, and amplify our understanding of mental health issues, fostering a culture of empathy and support. In May 2024, the theme resonates with a powerful call to action: “Breaking the Silence: Embracing Mental Health.”

In a world where silence often cloaks the struggles of the mind, this theme urges us to dismantle the barriers to open dialogue. It beckons us to shatter the stigma that has long shrouded discussions surrounding mental health, fostering an environment where individuals feel empowered to share their experiences without fear or judgment.
